-Description

Boucheron is a French jewelry brand founded by Frédéric Boucheron in 1858.In 1893, Boucheron became the first high jeweler to open a boutique in the Place Vendôme in Paris.

Although a jeweler, the brand has a very long history of watchmaking, launching a pocket watch in 1859 and its first wristwatch collection in 1885. In 1974, the brand's emblematic watch "Reflet" was created.

As a jewelry house, the brand has a strong image of ladies' watches, but it also produces many men's watches. Many of the watches have an atmosphere similar to that of Cartier due to the early adoption of Art Deco design.

This watch is an automatic thin dress watch produced in 1998 to commemorate the company's 140th anniversary, limited 140 pieces.

The case is a round case made of 18k white gold. The classical straight lugs and step bezel are eye-catching.

The case size is 36mm, which is a standard size for a watch of this age, but you will not feel that it is large because of the thin lugs and the thinness of the watch itself.

The caseback of the watch has a transparent glass back, allowing to see the finely finished movement. The watch was also sold with practical waterproof, as the caseback is screwed on and has a fish symbol on it.

The dial is a silver two-tone dial. The design is very similar to Patek Philippe Calatrava 5196P.

It is a very sophisticated combination of multiple guilloche engraved baseplate, polished Breguet numeral indexes, and gently curved leaf hands.

The movement is an automatic Frédérique Piguet Cal. 1150. It is a thin, high-end movement with the date at the 4 o'clock position.

Frédéric Piguet was the manufacturer that supplied movements to Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, and Audemars Piguet, and was also instrumental in the revival of Blancpain.

This watch has a Breguet classic case, a Patek Calatrava 5196P dial, and a Frédéric Piguet movement, making it a watch that will impress those who like it.

Comes with a genuine 18K white gold Deployant-buckle.
