This watch is the Calatrava reference 3574, the pinnacle of classic dress watches and the symbol of the brand.
Reference 3574 iwas only produced for a limited period of time, from 1970 to 1974. It is said that only a few hundred were produced.The material is only steel and it has a waterproof screw back, which is unusual for a Calatrava.
The case is a 35mm tonneau-shaped case. Not only Calatrava Even when you look at Patek Philippe as a whole, it can be said to be a quite unique design. It has the impression of being a sporty dress watch, and is only 8mm thick.
The dial has a sandblasted blue dial. It is written as "Crystal-blue dial" on the archive.

Reference 3574 is available in three variations: silver dial with sunray finish, silver dial with tapestry engraving of the Calatrava pattern, and this blue dial.Among collectors the blue dial is considered the rarest
variation.
The movement is the hand-wound Cal. 23-300 PM, the thinnest of Patek's 10 line (23mm diameter) movement, a successful thinning of the Cal. 10-200 calibre with a gyromax balance.
Reference 3574 has not been underrated because there are few records of it, but it is a rare pre-Nautilus steel-only watch with a water-resistant Calatrava, a blue dial and guilloché hands and indices that are full of character.

Due to Washington Convention, we cannot export Crocodile/Alligator/Lizard leather overseas.We will replace the strap with a similar strap made of calf leather as an alternative.
